Cook, Hall & Hyde was selected from an initial group of 7,422 agencies that was reduced to 181 from which the top ten were selected. Cook, Hall & Hyde's appearance on the list, which is being published in the January 28th issue of Forbes Magazine, reflects its high marks against key insurance industry criteria developed by Goldline Research in concert with leading professionals in the professional services sector.

To qualify for the list, Cook, Hall & Hyde had to meet all of Goldline Research's industry criteria and provide client references that were checked and scored based on a proprietary scoring system. Goldline's evaluation criteria were extensive and included, among others: years of industry experience, industry accreditations, business philosophy and professional outlook, client losses and customer satisfaction, absence of substantiated lawsuits or grievances, and diverse array of products offered from a wide array of insurance carriers.
