Cook, Hall & Hyde, Inc., a leading regional

management services, recently announced that Kevin M. Arnstein, CHC, MPH,
managing director, employee benefits, has been elected to the board of
directors of Life's WORC, a private, not-for-profit agency that provides
comprehensive support for individuals with developmental disabilities,
including mental retardation and autism. Life's WORC is committed to
providing all supports necessary to facilitate the full integration of these
individuals into the communities in which they live. The agency operates
under the auspices of the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and
Developmental Disabilities.
At Cook, Hall & Hyde, Mr. Arnstein applies over 30 years of experience to
effectively manage the insurance needs of a wide range of businesses and
nonprofit organizations. He is an industry leader in the areas of medical
and dental plans, life insurance, long term disability, voluntary plans
(such as vision, legal and long-term care plans), as well as health savings
accounts, health reimbursement accounts and flexible spending accounts.
Mr. Arnstein serves on the Advisory Board of Genworth Financial (NYSE: GNW,
Richmond, VA), one of the largest insurance and financial services holding
companies in the United States, with an expanding international presence.
Additionally, he has served on numerous other carriers' advisory boards,
including Guardian, Blue Cross, Aetna and Oxford. He is frequently sought as
a speaker on a range of topics - from the latest trends in employee benefits
to new legislation - and has served as a lecturer in continuing education
programs.
Mr. Arnstein received his Bachelor of Physical Education from Dalhousie
University (Halifax, Nova Scotia) and a Masters in Public Health and
Administration from C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University (Brookville,
NY). A Certified Health Consultant, he holds New York State life and health
insurance licenses, as well as Series 6 and 63 licenses. He is a member of
the Suffolk County Life Underwriters Association.
In addition to his volunteer service with Life's WORC, Mr. Arnstein coaches
Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) basketball, and for the past ten years has
sponsored a charity golf outing to assist local families in need. Mr.
Arnstein previously served as president of Holy Family School (Hicksville,
NY) and board member of CYO.
Mr. Arnstein has been married to his wife, Patricia, for 27 years and has
four children. He resides in Hicksville, NY.

enabling individuals with disabilities to live in a home of their own along
with peers as a family unit; eleven community-based service programs in
Queens, Nassau and Suffolk; home program development; a clinical department
that supports and directs individual clinical needs while ensuring the

nursing, nutritional and adaptive equipment technology services; and a
social work admission staff that works in conjunction with an entitlements
