Long Island, NY - Cook, Hall & Hyde, Inc., a
leading regional provider of commercial and personal insurance, employee
benefits, and risk management services, recently announced that Peggy Kass
has joined the agency as an account executive in its commercial insurance
unit. Ms. Kass will concentrate on property & casualty lines, drawing on
over 18 years of insurance industry experience.
Directly prior to joining Cook, Hall & Hyde, Inc., Ms. Kass was a commercial
lines producer at City Underwriting Agency, Inc. (Lake Success, NY). While
there, she also established and led a successful new business department
while serving as manager of business development.
Ms. Kass' career also includes positions with Prudential Financial
(Uniondale, NY) and Blue Chip Associates (Baldwin, NY). At Prudential, she
served as an insurance agent focusing on life insurance, long term care,
disability, annuities, IRAs, mutual finds and 529 plans. At Blue Chip, she
recruited and placed employees with insurance companies throughout the U.S.
Ms. Kass holds New York life and health, property and casualty, series 6,
and series 63 licenses. She received her associate's degree from Nassau
Community College.
A resident of Merrick, NY, she is active with two local book clubs that she
founded, "Book Ends" and the "Beverly Road Book Club."
